Company Principals
Fred McLaughlin Chairman/CEO
Fred has a forty-five year history with the business and has been the owner since 1970. As a graduate of Cornell University, Fred has been in the industrial/process marketplace and guided the company through many changes and evolving business practices.
Daniel McLaughlin President
Dan has been the President of Process Power since 2000. As a graduate of the University of Michigan, he has been in the industrial engineered equipment business since 1989. He has spend a great deal of his time enhancing the service business.
Jim Robertson Vice President
Jim has been with Process Power since his graduation from Miami University in 1972. With a degree in Chemistry and Biology, Jim has extensive engineering experience in all types of industrial and process applications.
Brent Grunden Sales/Service
Brent joined Process Power in 1996 and has been primarily responsible for guiding our service efforts in plate heat exchanger repair. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and brings a wealth of experience in the sales/service side of our business.
John McLaughlin Sales/Service
John has most recently joined Process Power in 1998 and has a solid engineering background from his previous experience in the manufacturing/packaging industry. His is also our computer specialist with many years of computer programming expertise.

Warranty Policy
Process Power Service Division warrants the products serviced by it to the buyer to be free from defects in new material supplied and workmanship provided. It is understood that any replace material provided will be identical to that originally supplied by the manufacturer unless otherwise directed by the purchaser. Excluded from this warranty are plates and elastomers that have been in service past the original warranty period provided by the manufacturer.
Our procedure includes cleaning the plates, removing the gaskets, and random dye penetrant testing the plates for pinholes or cracks. If the plates pass these rigid steps they are regasketed using original equipment gaskets and application procedures used by the original manufacturer.
Process Power Service Division warranty will extend for a period of sixty days from the date of shipment and in no way will cover material selection which is the customer's responsibility
In no event shall Process Power Service Division be liable for consequential or special damages, or for any expense incurred as a result of use of its served equipment irrespective of whether same may be proven defective under the warranty. Process Power Service Division liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the good and/or services furnished. Buyer shall have no cause of action for breach of this agreement after one(1) year from date of shipment of good by Process Power Service Division. |
